Stay in the conversation
Stop typing notes during the call. Gappd records your microphone and the meeting audio on your Mac, and no bot joins. When a call starts in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack, FaceTime, or a browser, Gappd asks if you want to record.

Leave with the next steps
When the call ends, get a summary, the decisions, and the action items. Apple's speech model writes the transcript on your Mac while you talk, in many languages.

Know where you left off with anyone
Name a speaker once, and Gappd suggests that Person by voice in later Meetings. Each Person page shows your Meetings together, the action items they own, and your next events with them.

Prepare in one click
Gappd drafts an agenda for an upcoming event from the notes of your earlier Meetings with the same people. Each point links to the Meeting it came from, and you can change every point.

Press ⌘F to search titles, People, notes, and transcripts across all your Meetings and Calendar events.

Download Gappd
Open the app and create your free Gappd account with Google or any email address.

Allow recording
macOS asks for Microphone and Screen & System Audio Recording. Gappd uses the second one for meeting audio, and records your screen only when you turn on Screen video.

Choose your notes
Make notes on this Mac, with an installed agent, or skip notes. Connect Google Calendar to see your schedule and prepare agendas.

Record a Meeting
Press Record, or accept the prompt when a call starts. When the call ends, read the notes. Each call adds to what Gappd knows about your People.
Privacy
Record the calls that matter most.
Investor updates, hiring, customer calls, and one-on-ones are the calls most worth remembering, and often the ones you would not give to a cloud service. Gappd keeps recordings, transcripts, Meeting history, and settings on the Mac that recorded them.
You do not have to trust us. Gappd is open source under the MIT license: read the code on GitHub and check what runs on your Mac. For details, read the privacy policy.
